Located on South Ocean Boulevard in South Palm Beach, ½ mile north of the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, The Barclay offers its residents stunning ocean front and Intracoastal Waterway views.The Barclay was built in 1974 and has 208 residential units ranging in size from approximately 1,300 to 2,400 square feet with some of the largest balconies in the area.
The interior floors were completely redecorated in 2008. A beautifully renovated 90,000 square foot oceanfront deck offers a brand new (2015) heated saline swimming pool, covered pavilion with gas grills, tennis court and relaxation gardens. Residents also have access to sauna rooms, a renovated fitness center, communications center, library, ping pong, billiards and card rooms. There is a gracious living room with piano and an expansive party room.
Covered parking is located under the pool deck providing protection from weather and sea spray. Residents use the automatic drive-thru car wash to clean their vehicles. A secure dedicated parking spot is provided for each unit. Security equipment in the lobby, elevators, garage as well as 24/7-door person coverage, makes the Barclay a safe and friendly environment.
