For Rentals at The Barclay:  After completing an online application form, you must provide a $1000.00 security deposit to the management office.  Your application will not be reviewed until this is received.  This can be hand delivered or sent via regular mail.  The management office is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm.

Completed rental applications must be submitted a minimum of 30 days prior to lease start date.
