Enter the building's main lobby from the Barclay's circular drive. Beautiful marble floors and lush plants create an atmosphere of elegance. Our 24/7door person is always ready to greet and assist you.

The fitness center is a full service training room with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, including cardio, weight training, pilates, and free weights. Enjoy your healthy life style while watching the room's wall mounted Plasma HDTV.
 
Living Room
Our living room creates an intimate setting for cocktail parties with it's built in sit down bar area and piano. Comfortable seating areas makes this space the ideal spot for pre-party drinks and hor d'oeurves.
 
Party Room 
The large party room includes a built-in bar, dance floor, accent lighting, super large projection video screen and a fully functional catering kitchen. It's a perfect place for large building events and can be reserved for private parties as well.
 
Multi-purpose / Card Rooms

North Relaxation Deck
The North deck consists of a tennis court, and a relaxation garden, with plenty of room to unwind, stretch out, enjoy your thoughts and gaze at the ocean.
 
South Pool Deck
The South deck has an in-deck heated saline swimming pool, lounge chairs, umbrella tables, a pavilion with bathrooms, barbeque grills, beach stairs, and a gazebo for entertaining guests. This is the main activities area.
 
Storage Rooms
The Barclay has two large storage rooms that contain resident-owned storage units in an air conditioned controlled environment. This is the perfect place for storing suitcases, golf bags, fishing gear, and those winter clothes and other belongings rarely needed in South Florida.
